Returns Policy

  1. The return should be within 48 hours from the date the product was shipped.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is proved that the product is defective and requires it to be returned.
  5. In the case of devices without warranty, they are not covered by the return except in the case of a manufacturing defect and within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, and the device accessories must not be used.
  6. Accessories, personal products, hygiene and personal care items are not permanently returned.
  7. Special orders cannot be cancelled because they are manufactured immediately upon order.
  8. In the event that there is an error in the customer’s request from our side, we will bear the return value on our account, and the customer will be contacted to coordinate it.
  9. If the product is shipped by the customer without the company’s approval, the company does not bear any costs.
  10. Products covered by the warranty are maintained/exchanged and will not be returned.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Automatic cancellation of unpaid orders every 48 hours.
  2. In the case of payment and the customer wants to cancel the order, there is no objection on condition that the order is not shipped to the customer, in a manner that does not conflict with other conditions, for example without limitation: (orders for products that are detailed according to the customer’s request cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from order confirmation).
  3. In the case that an order is cancelled and the payment method is Electronic cards or Sadad, then credit card fees and payment are not refundable, and a fixed cancellation amount of 20 Saudi riyals will be deducted.
  4. After cancelling the order and returning the amount in the event of electronic card payments, the amount will be returned to the card account takes 14 days.
  5. Returning the amount to the customer to his bank account takes two working days, not including the banks’ off days.
  6. In the event of a transfer from another bank that is not available to us, the transfer amount will be deducted from the value of the refund.
  7. In the case that the order has shipped to the customer and wants to return the order, there is no objection to that under the returns policy conditions (mentioned above).
